Since 1981, Mike Suttles Land Surveying now Advanced Land Solutions, has served the Sevier County, Blount County and Knox County as a premier provider of surveying services. Our staff is comprised of leaders within the industry who actively participate in numerous national and local professional societies. As we have grown, we have combined the time-honored traditions and standards of our trade with cutting-edge technology such as GPS, Total Stations and GIS integration. Our professional, friendly staff takes great personal pride in doing each survey project accurately, and well above any established state standards. Our size allows us to meet your strict time requirements, often being able to begin fieldwork within 24 hours of receiving a request.

We have worked on projects ranging in size from single house stakings to 500-acre subdivisions in both the public and private sectors. Michael Suttles holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Engineering from the University of Tennessee and his areas of expertise encompass forestry related issues; all aspects of construction surveying, topographic surveys and subdivision design; surveying large residential and commercial developments, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys; resolving boundary survey conflicts/court litigation; and estate planning.

He has extensive experience in Sevier, Blount, and Knoxville Surveying. When it comes to knowing the local area, Mike Suttles has been around long enough to know all aspects of the surveying, development, and estate planning industry.

Co-Owner Advanced Land Solutions, Licensed Professional Land Surveyor since June 2008, with over 15 years experience in land surveying. Extended expertise in cad drafting, boundary research, coordinate geometry, construction drawings.

Our primary focus with this land surveying company is to apply surveying standards to clients and to provide them with survey-accurate information in the form of a survey plat. Our goal is to always maintain a high level of detail in our surveys to a standard of detail of which we would want to see if we were the project owner.
